• New users receive 10 free credits upon registration

• Credit costs vary based on panel count and quality
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credits do not expire for active accounts

4.2 Purchases and Subscriptions

You may purchase additional credits or subscribe to a plan:

• All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial billing periods

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOTBOARD AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated storyboard images
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
